Appointing Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Khereiji as Chairman of the Board of Directors - (Non-Executive Member) 2. Appointing Eng. Riyad bin Abdulrahman Aba Al-Khail, as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors - (Non-Executive Member) 3. Appointing Mr. Nabeel bin Mohammed Baghdadi as Secretary of the Board of Directors.
