| Additional Information | The eligibility to dividends shall be for shareholders of the company who own the shares at the close of trading on 30 July 2026 as per the company shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center (EDAA) at the end of the 2nd trading day following the eligibility date. The dividends will be distributed through the Securities Depository Center Company, which will transfer the dividends to the investment portfolios through the custody members. To ensure that the dividends are deposited in the investment portfolios without delay, the company would like to remind all shareholders of the need to ensure that their data is updated with the custody members. The company would like to draw the attention of non-resident investors that the distribution of cash dividends is subject to a withholding tax of 5% upon transfer or crediting the amount to their account in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Law and its Implementing Regulation.
