Terms & Conditions Agreement

Muachrat is an electronic platform owned by Muachrat Information Technology Company, officially registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with commercial registration No.: 1010777789 and the platform relies in its work on providing a simplified and easy reading of the securities belonging to companies listed on the capital market "Tadawul" by analyzing the performance of the performance of the securities prices of companies listed on the capital market "Tadawul".When using or browsing the Muachrat platform, the customer acknowledges the approval and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Muachrat platform and compliance with all regulations, commitments and privacy policy, and we at Muachrat hope to read them carefully before starting to use the platform.

Tariffs:

Muachrat Platform: The owner and operator of the platform, including its representative or the platform manager and its employees.
User: The person who wishes to use the platform and benefit from its services and is referred to as the customer.

Customer: Any individual who uses the Muachrat platform for the purpose of benefiting from the services provided by the platform.
Visitor: Any individual browsing the Muasher platform or searching for it through the web, application, or through communication, whether by call, correspondence or any other means for the purpose of identifying the platform's services.
Financial Services: Analysis of the performance of the prices of securities of companies listed on the Tadawul Exchange.

Request: The customer's written expression of his desire to benefit from the financial services provided by the platform.
Platform: wherever mentioned in this Agreement, " Muachrat" platform.
Account: It is the customer's record -page- in order to be able to benefit from the platform's services.
Legal person: Anyinstitution or company that uses the application and records its data in it.
Natural person: Anyindividual who uses the application and writes his personal data in it.

Client Undertakings:

A legal person is not allowed to own an account on the platform, and only a natural person is allowed to own an account on the platform in his natural capacity, provided that he exceedseighteen years of age (18 years).
The customer must register on the platform in order to be able to benefit from its services, and to complete the registration process, he must fill in the data accurately: write the full name as it appears in his national identity, the current address of his place of residence, mobile number, e-mail, and any required information as shown on the registration page.
The platform has the right, under the powers granted to it in this agreement, to reject the account creation request and has no justification for the reason for the rejection, and it has the right to cancel or disable the account at any time whenever it is found that the account owner has written down false and incorrect information or discovered, at its sole discretion, that the account owner has violated or violated any of the terms of use.
The platform has the right to consider the email address, phone number and any other addresses belonging to the customer as an official means of communication and notifications, through which the argument is based on informing the customer.
The customer is responsible for keeping his account data and must keep his password secure. The platform is not responsible for any damages resulting from the customer's negligence or negligence in maintaining the security of the account and password.
A breach or violation of any provision of the Terms of Use leads to the disabling, cancellation or deletion of the customer's accountas the platform deems appropriate.
The role of the platform is limited to analyzing the performance of the prices of securities of companies listed on the financial market "Tadawul", comparing them with each other and submitting them to the client upon request, and does not extend to giving recommendations.
The platform derives its data for the purpose of providing its financial services by known sources internally and externally without violating the regulations of the capital market.
Any request that does not comply with the services provided by the platform will be ignored or reported, including raising a request by the client to the platform to give a recommendation for a security for one of the companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange.

The customer is obligated to enter correct, accurate and complete data and is obligated not to use the data of a person who is not authorized to use it.

Language:

The Arabic language is the approved language of the platform and what is published on it, and the platform does not bear the consequences of translating any content into other languages or support.

Payment & Purchase Policy:

The customermust write - on the payment page -a valid and valid credit card information (Visa/ MasterCard), or the data of any other payment method available on the platform.
The customer is prohibited from fraudulently using an incorrect or invalid payment method, as well as prohibited from using a stolen payment method, and the customer is responsible for violating this paragraph.
The customer's issuance of a request to benefit from the platform's services is an authorization from him that the platform is entitled to deduct the value of his request issued from his account.
All purchases are made in Saudi Riyals, and all payments must be in Saudi currency, and if the customer pays using another currency, he will bear the expenses and fees resulting from the currency conversion or any other bank fees.
The customer grants the platform the right to provide Visa, MasterCard or any payment service provider with his credit or bank card data.
The platform may request from the customer his personal identification number for purposes related to verifying the authenticity and integrity of the credit card or bank account or verifying the validity of the data of any other payment method It is the Customer's responsibility to activate any payment method made through his account.
After subscribing to the platform, the customer is not entitled to request a refund for reasons related to the type of services provided by the platform.

Reporting and Notification:

Payment & Purchase Policy:

Official communication is carried out through notifications sent to the customer on his account on the platform or on the customer's addresses recorded in his account, and the use of the platform by the previous means is an argument in informing the customer.

Property Rights:

The platform retains the intellectual property rights of the financial services it provides to subscribers to the platform, and any party shall be responsible for violating these rights, including copying, copying, modifying, selling, renting data and other actions that are considered a violation of intellectual property rights.

Irregularities and Disputes:

The laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall apply to the provisions of this agreement, and the competent authorityin the city of Riyadh shall be competent to consider any dispute against the platform.
Arabic is the language used to resolve any dispute or dispute as a result of the use of the platform or its data.

The platform shall not bear any expenses, losses, costs, compensations, or claims in any way, whether public or private, of any size if arising from the purchase or sale of securities belonging to companies listed on the financial market "Tadawul" due to the content provided by the platform.
The services provided by the platform aim to provide a simplified and easy reading of the securities of the companies listed on the capital market "Tadawul" and we are not responsible for any decision or change to regulations or legislation.
Your subscription to the Muachrat platform acknowledges that you have waived any right to financial claims or complaints against the administration or its employees in any matter arising from the use of the platform or its data.

Introduction:

(Terms of the Privacy Policy) means the method of data collection and the way in which the personal information of users is protected, and this policy is very important.
Wherever mentioned (Customer/Customers) in this Agreement, means anyone who creates an account for him on the Muachrat platform with the intention of benefiting from the services available therein.
Muachrat platform does not mean any personal information of a specific person, but personal information is collected from those wishing to use the Muachrat platform, including but not limited to requesting and providing services, browsing,or contacting our customer service team by phone or e-mail, and providing the customer with his personal information is his consent to process this information in accordance with the terms and conditions of the privacy policy.

The customer acknowledgesgranting the platform indicators access to the connection service in his phone, and access to his camera, photo library, files and microphone to upload the required documents in order to be able to benefit from the platform's services better.
By usingthe Muachrat platform, the customer agrees to grant the platform the authority to know the customer's location using the map service in his phone or device to allow the platform to provide services to the fullest.
